Never, never, never believe what a reviewer tells you
The common thread seems to be that readers are looking for a small camera. They tire of lugging around a DSLR and lenses. They want the freedom that a small camera can provide. And they want quality images.
I want those things too. And frankly, there is still not a camera on the market today that meets all my needs. Camera manufacturers give me incredible cameras and lenses, but with the burden of carrying around 25 pounds of stuff. Grumble.
But, I think that the Canon Powershot G10 sorta fills that special need that so many have, small and light, easy to carry. And, at least it is as good as any other small camera on the market.
